Relatively High Growth regions have to deal with some of the negative consequences of success such as transport congestion, pressure on land and resources, skills shortages and often an uneven rate of development.
The objective of this project is to establish a joint programme between 5 high growth regions in Europe; each having, in common, at least some of these challenges and all sharing the same vision - not “growth at all cost” but the achievement of “Smart Growth”.
